Reply to messages and booking requests in a timely manner to keep things moving smoothly.

Ensure items are safe, functional, charged/fuelled where relevant, and ready before handover.

Do not share another user’s personal information or conversations outside the app without consent.

No Spam or Unrelated Promotion

Use Rentra for genuine rentals only. Unauthorised advertising or solicitation is not allowed.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans. By using Rentra, you agree to uphold the integrity of the community and contribute to a respectful, reliable, and safe environment for all.
