Rentra is a peer-to-peer digital platform for listing and renting items. We do not own, insure, or guarantee any listings.

Rentra is not a party to any agreement between users and is not an agent, broker, or insurer.

To use Rentra, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Be legally capable of entering into contracts
• Use the platform in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

You are responsible for ensuring all personal information you provide is accurate and current.

You agree to:

• Only post items you own or have permission to rent
• Provide accurate, honest content
• Use Rentra for lawful purposes
• Respect other users and refrain from harmful or abusive behavior

Rentra may charge platform, processing, or transaction fees, which are disclosed during use.

Payments are securely handled through Stripe. We do not store full card data.

Each listing may have its own cancellation policy — please review before booking. Rentra does not mediate disputes but may assist at our discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including:

• Violation of our Terms
• Fraud or abuse
• Behavior that endangers other users or the platform

We may withhold data or access as allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted:

• Rentra is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses from rentals
• We are not responsible for the behavior of users or condition of items
• Rentra provides the platform “as is” without warranties

You agree to hold Rentra harmless from any liability resulting from:

• Your content or listings
• Your misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All disputes shall be resolved in Victoria’s courts.
